I have been getting lots of reads of my ‘Life after Kitchen Nightmares’ article but in the format it was published (one big post) it was a pain to update, hence I decided it best to split the article up into lots of little articles so I can update and manage it easier.

My friend David Hall was just over looking at my impressive blog stats (sif), and after checking google we found that my site hasn’t been crawled by google since 2007….
Ooops(see pic), I think I have fixed it now.. and hopefully I can get a page rank increase~
5. Bloons Tower Defense stop the 50 waves of baloons using monkeys welding either darts, cannons or a freeze ray, save up for the Super Monkey to unleash a fury of darts.
Recently Version 2 has been released with extra turret types and upgrades.
4. Random Defense build up a defense to stop ‘random’ creeps from getting to the finish line.
3. Desktop Tower Defense like other tower defense games the game’s basic premise is simple, stop the creep from getting to the end point using turrets, except this game is played on an open map with no paths. You can create your own labyrinth of turrets to guide(and kill) the creep with.

Beyond the current the problem of everyone on the pub servers currently playing medic, now the Ubersaw is being used as it’s named implies, literally as a Uber weapon.

For those who don’t follow whats happening, it takes 4 hits with the Ubersaw to recharge your Ubercharge, and you can recharge your Ubercharge while being ‘ubered’.
Hence, two medics who constantly flick ubers between each other are now a pretty lethal combo.

Looks pretty good, although my google video plugin is causing a few issues.

Just thought I would post a random in-production shot from yet another project that I’m working on.
Will it ever be released?.. who knows.
For those of us dating/interacting or what not with Chinese it’s a bit awkward trying to watch English films with them unless you have subtitles.
I’ve found the best places to find subtitles for DVDs (or DivX backups) is http://shooter.cn/. Although the website is all in Mandarin it’s quite simple to use.
- Type in English title of the film you want subs for
- If subs are available you will be now presented with a list of different subtitles sources.
- Each source will have under it what type of subtitle it is, eg Vobsub;Subrip and what it is suited for DVDs, DivXs etc.
- Click on the suitable subtitle link
- On the new page, midway down you’ll see either a . ZIP or .RAR file link.
- Click on it
- Click the download button in the middle of the page.
- It’ll now display a list of download mirrors, click any to download the subs.
If you don’t know how to get subtitles to work with films there is heaps of tutorials around, good luck.
